Achiziționare echipamente ITthe optimization of the way of structuring, processing the data and information related to the integrated maritime issue at the MIA level. The optimization of the operational data storage solution will contribute to the efficiency of the specific activities by ensuring the availability of the information in real time.

IGPF intento acquire IT equipment(including associates, subcontractors, supportive third parties) should not be found in the situations provided by art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on Public Procurement.

Mode of performance: In order to demonstrate that this requirement is met, the economic operators participating in the award procedure will complete the DUAE (Single European Procurement Document)-information about their situation. DUAE will be completed in accordance with the Notice of the National Agency for Public Procurement (ANAP) no. 240 concerning the user guide of DUAE (economic operators). (2) din Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, are: (a) tax attestations regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget and state budget), showing the absence of overdue debts at the moment of their presentation,

(b) where applicable, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations previewed at art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2) and Art. 171 of Law no. (C) the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or those having the power of representation, decision-making or control within that economic operator, as is apparent from the certificateor (d) other editorial documents, as appropriate.

If in the country of origin or in the country in which the economic operator is established, documents such as those requested are not issued or they are not all situations covered by art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167, any document deemed to be edifying by the competent authorities of that country shall be accepted.-In the case of foreign legal / natural persons, the documents will be transmitted in the language in which they were issued, accompanied by a certified translation in the Romanian language. Note: It should not be in the situations provided by art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement: the tenderer / members of the association, the subcontractor / subcontractors, the third party / third party(2) The economic operators participating in the procedure (including associations, subcontractors, supportive third parties) must not find themselves in the situations provided by art. 59 and art. 60 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

Mode of accomplishment: Form no. 8 - Declaration on the avoidance of conflict of interest according to the provisions of art. 59 and art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016 onpublic procurement, which will be presented with the DUAE. When submitting an offer in association, each associate has the obligation to demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement. This statement is also required for potential subcontractors. In the case of submission of an individual / joint tender that is financially and / or technically-professionally offered by third parties / third-party supporters, each sponsor has the obligation todemonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement. 63 par. (1) of the Law no. 98/2016 regarding the public procurement, the decision-makers within the contracting authority involved in the award procedure are:

1) Clarification requests related to the at(SEPA) (https://sicapprod.e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated section "Questions" in the details of the awarding procedure in progress. 4) In the case of an association, at the time of submitting the bid, u will be presentedin the agreement or a preliminary letter of association mentioning that all associates assume collective and joint responsibility for the fulfillment of the contract, that the association's leader is empowered to oblige and receive instructions on behalf of all associates and is liable in his / her own name and in the name of the association for the performance of the contract - Form no. 5 - Model aAssociation Card. If the bid submitted in association is declared winner, the association will comply with the tax code throughout the contract implementation period; 5) If the tenderer intends to subcontract a part / parts of the contract, the DUAE also includes information on the part of the contract to be possibly subcontracted and attached to itsubcontracting. Subcontractors whose capabilities are based on the bidder must, in turn, complete DUAE separately, including all the information referred to in Art. 55 par. (1) lit. a), as well as those in par. (1) lit. b) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent modifications and completions, in terms of capacities of subcontractorsshall base the tenderer in the award procedure concerned. In the case of subcontractors on whose capacity the bidder is not based, the DUAE will only contain the information mentioned in art. 55 par. (1) lit. a) of Law no. 98/2016 on public acquisitions with subsequent modifications and completions; 6) For information regarding third party supporters, the DUAE will be filled in. At the time he lodges(Form 7 - Commitment on technical support and similar experience), to which shall be annexed the documents submitted to it by the supporting third party (s), out of which the results in the actual way that the third party / supporter (s) will / will ensure that their own commitment iscompliance with the provisions of art. 182 par. (4) of the Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement with subsequent amendments and completions. In this respect, it will be completed, according to Form no. 7.
