Delivery, assembly and commissioning of two disk arrays with technical support

The subject of the orders in this procedure is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of two disk arrays together with technical support on the terms specified in Part II of the ToR. Description of the subject of the order and part III-The SIWZ model umowy.

The subject of the order in this proceeding is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of two disk arrays together with technical support under the conditions specified in Part II of the ToR. Description of the subject of the order and Part III of the SIWZ of the contract template.

32.1 The contractor is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.4.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as "ECRO").

32.2 Order appointed a Data Protection Officer with whom you can contact in all matters regarding the processing of personal data and the use of processing rights-data as follows:

32.3 The ordering party processes personal data:

32.3.1 for the purpose related to the public procurement procedure 'Delivery, assembly and commissioning of two disk arrays with technical support ", COI-ZAK.3201.19.2018, kept in the tender procedureelimone (The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) c) of the GDPR, ie fulfilling the legal obligation of the Data Administrator),

32.3.2 in the event of a dispute, defending against any claims or claiming any claims related to the proceedings or contract signed after conducting the proceedings in question (Legal basis for processing dOur legitimate interest is to defend against claims or pursue claims.)

32.4 The person denying personal data for a period of 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract and for the period of limitation of claims from the contract.

32.5 The contracting party has the right to provide personal data:

32.5.1 persons or entities to whom the documentation of proceedings will be made availableu about art. 8 and art. 96 para. 3 PZP;

32.5.2 The Minister of Digitization in the scope of public procurement proceedings conducted on behalf of and for the benefit of the Minister of Digitization.

32.6 The entity involved in the proceedings has the right:

32.6.1 access to its personal data;

32.6.2 request for the rectification of your personal data;

32.6.3 requests to limit the processing of your personal data;

32.6.4-lodging a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection,

32.6.5 objection to the processing of personal data in the scope of defense against potential claims or seeking any claims related to the proceedings or contract if dispute arises

32.7. The entity taking part in the proceedings is not entitled to:

32.7. 1 in connection with art. 17 sec. 3 lit. b, d or e RODO right to removethe transfer of personal data,

32.7.2 the right to transfer personal data referred to in art. 20 RODO;

32.7.3 based on art. 21 RODO right to object to the processing of personal data when the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 par. 1 lit. c RODO.

32.8 With regard to personal data decisions will not be taken in an automated manner, application to art. 22 RHODE.

32.9 The contractor submitting the offer in the procedure is required to submit a declaration required from the contractor to fulfill the information obligations provided for in Article. 13 or art. 14 RODO, the model of which is Annex 5 to the ToR.
