Procedural principles: The awarding authority reserves the right to make further similar orders for this project in accordance with - 10 (1) lit. g SVO free to lend.

Remedies: Within 10 days, this order can be submitted to the Administrative Court of the Canton of Zurich, Militaerstrasse 36, PO Box, 8090 Zurich, written complaint will be submitted. The notice of appeal must be filed in duplicate; it must contain an application and its reasoning. The contested invitation to tender must be attached. The evidence must be specified and as far as possible enclosed.
