In order to facilitate the award process, the candidate can, if he wishes, submit the following elements at the deposit stage of his letter:

- as sufficient proof attesting that the candidate does not not found in an exclusion case mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 and in 1 and 3 of article L. 2141-4: a declaration on honor (article 39-II of thea law 2016-1961 of 9.12.2016 relating to transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernization of economic life);

- as sufficient proof attesting that the candidate is not in an exclusion case mentioned in article L. 2141-2 of the public procurement code: certificates issued by the competent authorities and bodies. The list of taxes, levies, contributions or social security contributions which must give rise to the issue of a certificate as well as the list of administrations and competent bodies are fixed by appendix 4 of the public procurement code.

The candidate produced, established abroad produces a certificate established by the administrations and organizations of his country of origin or establishment. In accordance with article R. 2143-8 of the code ofthe public order, if applicable, the candidate produces the parts provided for in articles R. 1263-12, D. 8222-5 or 5 or D. 8222-7 or D. 8254-2 to D. 8254-5 of the code of work;

- as sufficient proof attesting that the candidate is not in an exclusion case mentioned in article L. 2141-3, the production of an extract from the relevant register, such as an extract K, an extract K bis, an extractD1 or, failing this, an equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin or establishment of the candidate, attesting to the absence of cases of exclusion. When the candidate is in receivership, the candidate produces a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced.

For the presentation of their candidacy, economic operators can use:

The present consultation will give rise to the establishment of a framework agreement fixing all the contractual stipulations and executed as and when the order forms are issued.e in accordance with articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code: the minimum and maximum annual quantities of the market are: minimum staff per stay: 10 adolescents and 2 adults; maximum staff per stay: 50 adolescents and 12 adults; the minimum and maximum annual values of the market are: minimum annual amount: 9 600 EUR HT. Amountannual maximum: EUR 53, 500 excl. These volumes are included in the act of engagement and will be identical for any renewal periods. Duration: cf. CCAP article 1.2. Description of expected services: cf. CCTP. In application of the provisions of articles R. 2142-19 and 20 of the public procurement code, economic operators are authorized to stand as candidates in the form ofhe group of companies, of a joint group or of a joint group, subject to compliance with the rules relating to competition (cf. article 3.4.1 of the RC). The withdrawal of the consultation files of the companies is done only by electronic means as fixed in article 2.7.2 of the regulation of the consultation.
