The Fairfields community sports facilities, which are due to open in September 2020, comprise of a full size artificial grass pitch (AGP) with LED floodlighting and fencing, four natural grass football pitches and a community building with 4 team changing rooms, 2 officials changing rooms, an office and a social area. The 25 000 pounds is a mandatory annual sinking fund contribution from the supplier.
