The subject of the contract is the delivery of an app for timetable information, ticketing, booking Call bus including associated background system, connection to an existing information system and other systemme at the Mitteldeutscher Verkehrsverbund GmbH (including licensing of the software for the entire operating period of all components) as well as subsequent maintenance and operation of the software for a period of 5 years and an option for a further extension of up to 5 years.

The tender includes

1) Software delivery and development based on the specificationsit for app, background system and interfaces including licensing of the software for the entire operating period of all components;

2) maintenance and operation of the software for a period of 5 years from acceptance (entry into force operating contract, however, no later than 12 months after the release 1 has gone live) and an option by extension for up to another 5 years.

The system to be deliveredm (app background system) includes in particular the following functional components:

1) implementation App's

- for the operating systems Android and iOS,

- accessibility (visually impaired version),

- multilingualism (at least German and English),

- connection information including version for persons with reduced mobility, Departure board, trouble reports, maps and networks as well as other modulese,

- cross-border information.

2) Registration and customer account

- Contextual registration in several steps (DSGVO compliant),

- Option: Integration of an external leading user database via standardized OAuth2-method for the Primaer-KVP LVB for authentication and authorization control the customer,

- LVB manages direct debit including cross-tariff clearing selNote that 2 of the 3 CIPs use the system's default user management, so the access change must be based on the user's chosen CIP.

3) Implement ticket purchase

- Implementation level 1: MDV tariff

- Connection HAFAS tariff data interface / product data export MDV,

- Implementation ticket purchase based on standard technologies of AN,

- Implementation MDV-Hopperticket and ABO-Flex,

Other components of the order are:

- Escrow deposit for the insolvency case of the contractor (contract, escrow support Service provider),

The service to be commissioned is completely provided and handled in German. All input screens and interfaces in the software must be written in German and English at leastApplication for participation is
