The Social Security City in Luxembourg-Gare is a complex of administrative buildings under construction. The construction consists of 2 phases with an area of 37, 500 m and 18, 500 m. The Facility Manager services at the service of the buildings of the city of social security includethe organization, coordination and management of general services. The role of the Facility Manager is exclusively at the administrative level. The mission includes the accompaniment of the operator of the building during the construction phases. The modalities of the services to be provided and the award of the contract are made according to the competitive dialogue (Article 63 (1) 4. and Article 68 of the Public Procurement Act.). This notice of procedure concerns the phase of collecting applications.

The services of Facility Manager at the service of the buildings of the city of social security comprennthe organization, coordination and management of general services. The role of the Facility Manager is exclusively at the administrative level. The mission includes the accompaniment of the operator of the building during the construction phases. The modalities of the services to be provided and the award of the contract are made according to the competitive dialogue (Article 63 (1) 4. and Article 68 of the Public Procurement Act). This call for tenders concerns the phase of collecting applications: - Minimum number of staff working exclusively in Facility Management: 10 people. Minimum area of buildings managed by Facility Management: 250, 000 m, minimum number of references for similar services and of the same type: 3 references. The submission file is only available electronicallyon the public markets portal (www.pmp.lu). It will not proceed to the mailing of specifications. The submission of applications is done electronically. No paper applications are accepted. Any economic operator wishing to participate in the competitive dialogue can submit an application via the public markets portal (www.pmp.lu).
