Services in Facility Management Berliner Feuerwehr

We will tender for the facilitation of the real estate managed by BIM GmbH the Berlin fire department and water rescue stations.

The management object is sich about 121 objects with a total of approx. 245 000 m GFA. The objects of ongoing management are characterized by the complexity of structural and technical conditions and the specific requirements of use. As part of its property management services, the contractor has within its control and management services for the fulfillment of the obligations with regard to further infrastructuurof the trades (winter maintenance, green grooming, cleaning). The contractor coordinates and controls the relevant technical and infrastructural services as the point of contact and interface "object management" between the AG and the user and is available to both the AG and the contractor as the responsible contact person.

The bidder has the own declarations with his applicationin accordance with - 42 VgV i. V. m. - 122 GWB as well as the declaration on the education promotion, the statement about advancement of women, the declaration to the tariff fidelity, minimum pay and social security contributions, the commitment statement acc. Federal Data Protection Act and self-declaration for compliance with the ILO Core Labor Standards acc. Tender documents (see Annex "Checklist")d to submit further information from the tenderer in the application form.
