The subject of the order includes the valuation of residential, non-residential premises, commercial premises, garage properties, developed and undeveloped real estate, preparation estimates of the estimated market value of the rent and lease of the propertyand drawing up estimates of the value of remuneration for the establishment of easements (eg transmission, passage and transit) located in the Regional Department of the Military Property Agency in Olsztyn.

Main Site: The area of the voivodship: Warmian-Masurian, Podlasie and Masovia. 1) The subject of the orders includes the services for the valuation of premisesnon-residential, non-residential premises, garage properties, built-up and undeveloped real estate, drawing up estimates of the market value of rent and lease of property and preparing estimates of the value of remuneration for establishing easements (eg transmission, passage and transit) located on the propertyin the resources of the Regional Branch of the Military Property Agency in Olsztyn.

2) A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference - Description of the subject of the order.

3) Ordering party, in accordance with art. 67 sec. 1 point 6 of the Act, it intends to grant, within 3 years from the date of awarding the order, the basic contractor's previous service consisting in repeated similar servicesg, i.e. valuation services for residential premises, non-residential premises, commercial premises, garage properties, developed and undeveloped real estate, preparing estimates of the market value of rent and lease of estates, and estimation of the value of remuneration for establishing easements (e.g. transmission, prdescent and transit) located in the resources of the Regional Branch of the Military Property Agency in Olsztyn with a value not exceeding 50% of the value of the basic order. The orders will be issued in accordance with the needs for individual services, on the terms specified in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex 7 to the ToR.

1. You can apply for the orderContractors who are not subject to exclusion in the circumstances referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 of the Act. A preliminary confirmation of the absence of grounds for exclusion of the Contractor from participation in the procedure and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure will be a declaration in the form of EAT in the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award, EED signed by the personsauthorized to represent the Contractor, submit each of the Contractors jointly applying for the order in the scope in which each of the Contractors shows no grounds for exclusion. The contracting authority does not require the presentation of JEDZ regarding subcontractors.

2 The Contracting Authority informs that pursuant to art. 24aa paragraph 1 of the Act will first evaluate the offers, and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer has beenassessed as the most advantageous, it is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings.3. Before ordering, the Ordering Party will call on the basis of art. 26 par. 1 of the Act of the Economic Operator, whose offer will be the highest rated, to submit declarations or documents:

1) information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 items 13, 14 and 21 of the Act, issuednot earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of tenders;

2) the Contractor's statements to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 15 of the Act on the lack of issuing a final court judgment or final administrative decision on default of payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums, or in the event of such a judgment or decision of a dockthe agreements confirming payment of these receivables together with any interest or fines or conclusion of a binding agreement regarding repayment of such receivables; - 3) statements of the Contractor to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 22 of the Act on the lack of a decision against him as a preventive measure for the prohibition of applying for public orders

4. In order to demonstrate the lack of grounds excludeation, within 3 days of placing the https://amw.eb2b.com.pl platform on the website, the information referred to in art. 86 par. 5 of the Act, the Contractor shall provide the Employer with a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 23 of the Act

5. If the Contractor has a registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic ofPoland, instead of the documents referred to in paragraph 3 point 1, he shall submit information from the relevant register or, in the absence of such register, another equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative body of the country in which the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence is the person concerned by the information or document, in the scope specified in art.24 sec. 1 items 13, 14 and 21 of the Act.

6. If in the country in which the Contractor has his registered office or place of residence, the documents referred to in paragraph 5 are not replaced by a document containing a statement from the Contractor, indicating the person or persons authorized to represent it, or a statement from the person whomnt had to concern, filed before a notary or before a judicial, administrative or professional self-government or economic authority competent for the seat or place of residence of the Contractor or place of residence of that person. Documents referred to in paragraph 5 and 6, should be issued no earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids.

6. The obligation to provide your personal data directly to you is a statutory requirement set out in the provisions of the Act, related to participation in the public procurement procedure; The consequences of not providing specific data result from the Act.

7. In the case of your personal data, decisions will not be made afterautomated in an automated manner, application to art. 22 RODO.

8. You have:

a. pursuant to Article 15 of the RODO, the right of access to your personal data relating to; b. on the basis of Article 16 of the RODO, the right to rectify your personal data (exercising the right to rectify can not result in a change in the outcome of the public procurement procedure or change of the contractual provisions in the scope ofesie incompatible with the Act and can not violate the integrity of the protocol and its attachments);

c. based on Article. 18 RODO the right to request the administrator to limit the processing of personal data, subject to the cases referred to in Article 18 paragraph 2 of the GDPR (the right to limit the processing does not apply to storage, in order to ensure the use of environmental protectionlegal or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for serious reasons of public interest of the European Union or a Member State);

d. the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you decide that the processing of your personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR. you are not entitled to:

a. in connection with art. 17 sec.3 lit. b, d or eRODO right to delete personal data;

b. the right to transfer personal data referred to in art.20 of the RODO;
