The Contracting Authority would like to receive tenders for the delivery of the following:
Rental brokerage services in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Western Region.
The objective of the procurement:
The professionalisation of estate agency services in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration Western Region has illustrated a need for a Framework Agreement for rental brokerage services. The Contracting Authority redeems many properties / residences in connection with different road projects. Some of these residences will be demolished immediately but many will be retained for a while pending road developments and rented out. These are mainly private residences, but there can also be commercial properties. Furthermore, the region needs rental brokerage services for various office locations in the region, the extent of this will depend, amongst other things, on the region reform 2020.
The aim of the procurement is to achieve uniform and standardised administration of rental transactions for both properties and residences connected to various road projects, as well as office locations.
The scope of the contract is:
The agreement period is 2 years from the date that both parties sign the contract.
Options:
The Contracting Authority has a further option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year, thus the total possible contract length is 4 years.
Number of tenderers:
For this procurement, a contract will be signed with 1 tenderer.

Tenderers must hold a licence to operate estate agency services in accordance with the Estate Agent Act. Documentation requirement: Company Authorisation from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.
The offered contact person must be a certified estate agent.
Documentation requirement: Estate agent certificate.
The prerequisites for continued operations must be in place.
Documentation requirement: The company must enclose confirmation of positive equity for the last available financial year. Tenderers who are obligated to have audits carried out must enclose the auditor's report for the last completed financial year. Newly established companies must prove they meet the requirement by, for example, a parent company guarantee / credit rating / printout of the balance for the last accounting period.
