Delivery of railway accessories for the branches of Polska Grupa Gornicza S.A. in 2018 - Reference Number: 701801568

Proceedings for granting a sector order are carried out under an open tender procedure under the provisions of the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1579, as amended), referred to in the wording of this SIWZ uthe PPL's rate or the Act, and on the basis of the relevant implementing provisions. The subject of the order is the supply of railway accessories for the Branches of the Polish Grupa Gornicza S.A. in 2018.

The Contracting Authority will consider that the conditions for participation in the proceedings have been met, if the Contractor has obtainedand net income in the first financial year in the last 3 financial years, and if the period of business is shorter than 1 year - in this period, on the basis of "Profit and loss account" item Net income from sales of products, goods and materials or Net income from sales and matched with them with a value not less than:

In the case of Contractors not obliged to prepare financial statements, the Contracting Authority will verify the economic situation of the Contractor based on other documents confirming income for the period as in the previous sentence. revenues in foreign currencies, the Ordering Party-it will convert the amount shown according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland published on the last day of the year, whose revenues refer to, and in the case of revenues earned in the current year according to the average NBP exchange rate announced on the day preceding the day on which the deadline for submission of tenders expires. In the event that the financial year does not coincide with the calendar year, the Ordering Party will convert the indicated amount according to-the average NBP exchange rate announced on the last day of the month of the financial year.

2. Contractor whose offer will be the highest rated or whom he can order by ordering pursuant to art. 26 sec 2f of the Public Procurement Law, an entity will be required to submit an original or a copy certified by the Contractor for compliance with the original "Profit and Loss Account" for the first financial year of the last 3 financial years, and if the periodia activity is shorter than 1 year - for this period.

In the case of entities that under the separate regulations are not required to prepare financial statements, the Ordering Party requires other documents specifying income for the period as in the previous sentence.
