Supply of 5 400 kW silicon rectifiers for SSE.

Pursuant to art. 95, co. 4, lett. b) of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, it should be noted that the present call for tenders relates to materials with standardized characteristics, produced on the basis of the technical standard IE.TE./194/1980 placed on the basis of the tender, which does not allow discretion with respect to the technical prescriptions foreseen. The aforementioned technical documentation based on the tender specifically defines the following specific characteristics, which make the manufacture of the product subject to supply not subject to technical solutions.ratios: supply frequency, 6 kV and 3 kV no-load voltage, rated current and relative voltage drop, overloads and short-circuit currents.

The award procedure is established in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 (Code public contracts) and of the dPR 207/2010 limited to the rules still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 for the part applicable toso-called Special sectors

Registration in a commercial register (Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture - Chamber of Commerce)

Economic operators, if Italian or other nationals residing in Italy, must be registered in the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, crafts and agriculture or in the register of the provincial commissions for the craft, or at the-competent professional orders for activities similar to the subject of this call for tenders. To the subject of another Member State not resident in Italy, and proof of registration, according to the procedures in force in the State of residence, in one of the professional or commercial registers referred to in Annex XVI to Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, by sworn declaration or according to the procedures in forcein the Member State in which it is established or by attestation, under its own responsibility, that the certificate produced has been issued by one of the professional or trade registers established in the country in which it is resident.

For example:.

It is specified that on DGUE in space it is necessary to declare that the value dethe PSF and equal to or greater than 18 and the closing date of the financial statements used to calculate the aforementioned value.

In the case of horizontal temporary grouping of companies (RTI) and of consortia of competitors, each company forming part of the grouping must be in possession of the requirement in this paragraph III.1.2).

Preventive technical fulfillments for the supply

The supply object of the presend notice of tender and subject to prior approval of the documentation issued by the competent technical structure of RFI, according to the detailed procedure in art. 23 bis of the contract outline.

The following is also specified:

- if two or more companies apply for participation in horizontal RTI, if not all the subjects who are part of it are in possession of the estimate benlist to the documentation issued by the competent technical structure of RFI, the RTI (provided that it is in possession of all the other requirements required by this announcement) will be admitted to participate in the tender and, in case of award, the supply can take place only to obtain of said approval by all the components of the grouping,

- if the competing subject usestotally of the requirement related to the technical capacity of an auxiliary company already in possession of the approval to the documentation issued by the competent technical structure of RFI, it will not be necessary to repeat the procedure as per art. 23 bis of the contract outline.

Verification of economic and technical requirements

The competitor, with the presentation of the offer, and aware that RFI will be able to effectchecks on the veracity of the declarations / certifications presented, also by requesting documentation certifying what has been declared. By way of example and not exhaustively, the declarations / certifications presented (pursuant to Article 71 of the D.P.R. 445/2000) can be carried out at the administration or the competent body, or in the casetechnical requirements, an inspection visit may be carried out by the RFI representatives at the aforementioned production site.
