Single lot, CIG: 751593381D. Amount based on tender 570 142.87 EUR excluding VAT, excluding EUR 3 666.40 for charges related to the implementation of the security plansure, not subject to decline.

Supply with installation of seismic stations for the construction of an experimental Early Warning system on the Rome / Naples HS / HC railway line.

The performances identified are reported below.

Single lot, CIG : 751593381D - amount based on tender 570 142, 87 EUR excluding security charges 3 666, 40 EUR (not subject to discount) as followsiso:

1) main performance:

- supply and installation of seismic stations for the construction of an experimental Early Warning system on the Rome-Naples AV / AC railway line excluding civil-construction works in preparation: 486 270.72 EUR;

2 ) secondary performance:

- execution of civil-construction works in preparation for the construction of earthquake stations:

EUR 68 872.15;

3)ni accessory:

- incidental and contingency benefits: EUR 15 000.00.

The safety charges for interference risks related to the execution of civil-construction works in preparation for the construction of earthquake stations are EUR 3 666.40. The awarding procedure is issued pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 (public contracts code) and the Presidential Decree 207/2010 limited to nfootprints still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 for the part applicable to the c.d. Special sectors.

Registration in a commercial register (CCIAA).

Verification of economic and technical requirements.

The competitor, with the presentation of the offer, is aware that RFI will be able to carry out checks on the truthfulness of the declarations / certifications presented, also by requesting documentation certifying what has been declared. By way of example and not exhaustive they may be carried out at the administration or the entand competent, investigations on the declarations / certifications presented (pursuant to Article 71 of Presidential Decree 445/2000) or in the case of verification of the technical requirements, an inspection visit can be carried out by RFI officers at the production mentioned above.
