Toxic waste disposal services except radioactive waste and contaminated soil. Wants ARGO to enter into two contracts for the collection and treatment of hazardous waste from ARGO's recycling sites (both may wellto be entered with the same company.) ARGO notes that the tender is divided into two sub-agreements, each of which comprises a geographical area (west and east) in which ARGO's recycling sites are located. Both sub-agreements can be entered with the same company. ESPD Part III.A, the tenderer must answer whether the economic operator himself or a person belonging to the administrative, management or management of the economic operatorSupervisory body or has the power to represent or control or to make decisions therein are subject to exclusion grounds regarding criminal convictions, cf. section 135 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1 and 2.

In ESPD Part III.C, the tenderer must answer whether the economic operator is subject to the following grounds for exclusion:

- The business enterprise has been suspended, cf. section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, no. 2,

- Obligation in serious negligence in connection with the exercise of the profession, cf. 1, no. 3,

- ISection 136, no. 1 of the Public Procurement Act,

- Direct or indirect involvement in the preparation of this tendering procedure, cf. section 136, no. of information unable to provide the requested documents and obtained confidential information in connection with the-136, no. 3 of the Public Procurement Act. If the tenderer is not covered by exclusion grounds, no answer must be given. Member State database.
