A supplier is being sought for the procurement of TV monitors and head stations.

Main Site: The supplier and installation location for the first 165 TV sets and the head-end station is the location of the educational center in Nuembrechtspelling is the provision of modern and efficient TV monitors as well as the headend stations for satellite reception and distribution for flexible signal distribution of the TV signal as an IP stream for the order period of up to 4 years. If the model is no longer available during the contract period, the client must inform us in writing about a successor model in due timebe. The commissioning and use of the new model will only take place in coordination with the client. In this case, it is necessary to provide 1 device in advance for approx. 4 weeks for testing purposes free of charge. The successor model must not be less efficient in its individual components than the predecessor model. The equipment price may, as far as no additional components addedThe price for the predecessor model type will exceed a maximum of 10% of the original equipment price. The offered model and the successor models must be from the same manufacturer. The scope of services includes the free delivery of the monitors retrieved by the BGHM during the contract period, the extension of the manufacturer's warranty to at least 36 months from the date of delivery, the provisiona central malfunction assumption for business customers as well as the repair or the replacement of defective devices within the manufacturer's guarantee at all locations of the BGHM. Regular maintenance and a maintenance contract are not part of the procurement objective. The device configuration of the SAT headend is manufacturer specific for the BGHM and is by the Auftrato ensure / take account of. All TV sets are integrated into the IT training networks of the Nuembrecht location and managed / configured by the BGHM to ensure consistency across all locations. The quoted amounts are estimates and have been calculated on the basis of current needs.
