The Bocholt Energy and Water Supply GmbH (BEW) below AG was called by the city of Bocholt with the planning and the expansion of a comprehensive, passive broadband networkcommissioned in the following chapter. The aim of the state-funded project is the establishment of a future-proof and modern "Fiber to the Building" (FttB) network in the field of so-called "white spots".
