Provision and maintenance in operation of intrusion detection systems

Reference Number: 2019-20 / IDS

The object of this contract is the provision and maintenance in operational condition of Intrusion detection systems (IDS) consisting of one or more physical probes and a management console(physical or virtual), as well as complements for their extension.

Main Site: Supplies delivered in the NR of Paris. Installation and maintenance services performed in the premises of the NRs indicated in the CCTP. Maintenance services may be carried out remotely.

The purpose of this contract is the provision and maintenance of detection systems in operational condition.intrusion (IDS) consisting of one or more physical probes and a management console (physical or virtual), as well as complements for their extension. The services of the holder include:

- the supply of new equipment, answering the characteristics and performances defined in this CCTP, to deliver, install, put in order and maintain on the site indithat in Annex A,

- the maintenance of these equipments, with a guarantee of time of restoration (GTR) in 24 hours 24 hours a day 5 days a week,

- the deposit and recovery of the existing equipment Renater, list and located in the sites defined in Annex B; where applicable, the supply and maintenance of additional components (services on purchase orders).

The GIP will invite simultaneously and via the platform of the renamed GIP Renater the 5 candidates admitted to bid. The invitation shall include the following information: - the reference to the published notice of competition, - the address of the dematerialised platform on which the documents of the consultation are made available to the selected candidates,

- the deadline for receipt ofs bids, the address to which tenders must be sent and the language or languages authorized for their presentation,

- the list of documents to be provided, - the weighting of the criteria for the award of the contract if this information does not appear in the documents of the consultation.
