Framework Agreement on the Procurement and Service of Interactive and Public Displays (Cologne, lot 1 and 2 / Bonn, lot 3)

The city Koeln, Office for Information Processing, intends in the framework of a tendering association with the city of Bonn a framework agreement on the equipmentMain Site: Framework Agreement on Procurement and Service of Interactive & Public Display Stadtgebiet Koeln

Framework Agreement on the Equipment of Municipal Departments and Schools with Interactive and Public Displays. The order includes delivery and assembly.

The assignment of the orders is governed, among other things, by the law on securing tariff loyalty and minimum wage in the awarding of public contracts (Tariftreue- und Vergabegesetz Nordrhein-Westfalen TVgG NRW) of 21.3.2018 (TVgG). According to this, contracted companies as well as their subcontractors have to meet the minimum tariffs or tariffs set out in the TVGGpay and minimum working conditions (- 2 TVgG). The City of Koeln is authorized as a public client to carry out inspections to verify compliance with these obligations.

4_Erkl Umsatz_Referenzen

To verify the technical knowledge, efficiency, experience and reliability, the client evaluates the evidence from Annex "4_Erkl Umsatz_Referenzen": at least 3 vComparable projects from the recent past (the conclusion of the reference project may not be before 1.9.2015) about the delivery of the requested services to name. Comparable are projects that include comparable products (for example displays monitors and / or projectors) and the following average procurement volumes:

For lot 1a: at least 890, 000.00 EUR net

FLot 1b: at least 890 000, 00 EUR net

For lot 1c: at least 890 000, 00 EUR net

For lot 2: at least 18 70, 00 EUR net

For lot 3: at least 1 000 000, 00 net net

Proof the existence of a public liability insurance with a coverage of at least EUR 1 000 000 per claim. The proof must not be older than 3 months at the time the offer period expires; it must show that the insurance cover is currently valid.

If an insurance with these coverage levels does not exist at present, a signed written, irrevocable and unconditional self-declaration by the tenderer is sufficient for him to be ready to conclude the corresponding insurance upon first request of the contracting authority, connected with the explanationan insurer that he is prepared to take out insurance with the policyholder / tenderer.
