Description of the subject of the contract: delivery of acoustic, lighting, multimedia equipment and stage mechanics devices, including assembly for the purposes of conducting cultural activities in the Miniatura building pl. St. Ducha 2 (CPV 31500000-1, 31720000-9, 32000000-3, 51000000-9), in accordance with the Detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the ToR.

Description of the subject of the contract: supply of acoustic, lighting, multimedia equipment and stage mechanics devices, including assembly for the purposes of conducting cultural activities in the Miniatura building, pl. St. Ducha 2 (CPV 31500000-1, 31720000-9, 32000000-3, 51000000-9) as per Detailsa lead description of the subject of the order constituting Annex 1 to the ToR. The delivered subject of the order must comply with the highest quality and technical standards, resulting from the function and purpose, be free from material, physical and legal defects. Goods that are the subject of the order must be brand new. All products subject to the proceedings must have approvalsand certificates required by law and allowing for use on the Polish market.

Contractors who are in an economic and financial situation ensuring performance of the contract may apply for the order:

They have a civil liability insurance of their business for an amount of at least PLN 2, 000, 000.

According to art. 13 of the general regulation on protectionpersonal data of 27.4.2016 (Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) The Employer informs that:

1) The administrator of the Contractor`s personal data and personal data provided by the Contractor is Teatr im. Juliusz Słowacki in Krakow, pl. St. Ducha 1, 31-023 Krakow, POLAND,

2) contact with the Data Protection Inspector wasyleczko@teatrwkrakowie.pl

3) Personal data will be processed in order toof the contract - pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. b of the General Regulation on the protection of personal data of 27.4.2016

4) recipients of the data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data based on legal provisions

5) personal data will be stored based on a legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator

6) Contractor and persons to whom the Contractor has provided dataher right to request from the administrator access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing

7) these persons have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body

8) Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to conclude the contract.
