The subject of the order is the implementation of the system of early detection of forest fires based on the existing network of observation points (perceptibly fire) with an automatic smoke detection system for the Namysłow Forest Inspectorate, connected in one stormy system with an Alarm-Access Point (PAD) located in the office building of Namysł-w Nadleśnictwo.

The subject of the order is the implementation of a system of early detection of forest fires based on the existing network of observation points (perceptibly fire) with an automatic smoke detection system for the Namysłow Forest Inspectorate, connected in one stormy system with the Alarm and Access Point (PAD) located in the building office of the Nadleśnictwo Namysłow.

As part of the implementation of the subject fromThe contractor is obliged to supply, assemble, run and implement a system for early detection of forest fires using rotary video devices with radio signal transmission between the observationists and the PAD together with an automatic smoke detection system supporting the observer's work. the orders can be found in Annex No. 3 to-SIWZ.

The ordering party requires a minimum of 24 months warranty. Specific conditions of guarantee and service are included in Annex No. 3 to the ToR.

The Ordering Party does not set any specific requirements for the description of compliance with this condition of participation in the procedure. economic abilitiesj. The condition with respect to the financial situation will be fulfilled if the Contractor shows that he has financial means or creditworthiness not less than PLN 40, 000.00

1. The ordering party requires a deposit of PLN 7, 000.00 (seven thousand zlotys 00/100 gr). The bid bond should be submitted before the deadline for submitting bids.

2. The bid bond can be contributed in one or several of the followingin the following forms:

1) money,

2) bank guarantees or credit-savings bank guarantees, however, the surety is always a cash guarantee,

3) bank guarantees,

4) insurance guarantees,

5) sureties granted by entities referred to in art. 6b par. 5 points 2 of the Act of 9.11.2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Developmentzości (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 110, as amended).

3. The deposit paid in cash must be paid by bank transfer to the bank account of the Ordering Party at BZ WBK S.A. invoice number: 04 1090 2196 0000 0001 0500 8229 with a note: a deposit for securing an offer in the tender procedure "Delivery together with the installation of equipment for the fire location of the fire monitoring system in the Namysłow Forest District.

The payment of a deposit in cash will be effective if it is credited to the bank account of the Ordering Party within the given time (the effect of cash on the bank account indicated by the Ordering Party will take place before the deadline for submission of tenders). In the case of payment of a deposit in cash, the Contractor may attach to the offer confirmation of the transfer.

4. From the contents of the deposit paid in the form: guaranteeda bank guarantee for the social savings and credit union, a bank guarantee, an insurance guarantee or sureties granted by entities referred to in art. 6b par. 5 points 2 of the Act of 9.11.2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development should be unconditional, at the first written request reported by the Employer at the time of binding tendersą, obliging the guarantor to pay the Ordering Party the full amount of the bid bond in the circumstances specified in art. 46 ust. 4a PZP and art. 46 ust. 5 PPL. 5. The bid security lodged in a form other than money may be attached in original to the offer or placed in the original before the deadline for submission of offers at the headquarters of the Employer (Cash Register Office - room 111). The bid bond must secure the offer for the given csome orders throughout the period of being bound by the offer. The offer of the Contractor who will not pay the bid bond or will not secure the offer with an acceptable form of the bid bond within the prescribed period will be rejected from the proceedings pursuant to art. 89 paragraph 1 point 7b of the PPL.

6. The content of the tender bond must contain the following elements:

1) the name of the principal (Contractor), the beneficiary of the guarantee / surety (the Awarding Entity), -a guarantor (bank or insurance institution granting a guarantee / surety) and indication of their registered office,

2) specification of the claim to be secured by a guarantee / surety determining the subject of the order

3) amount of guarantee / guarantee,

4) obligation of the guarantor / guarantor to pay unconditionally

And irrevocably the amount of the guarantee / surety at the first written request of the Orderin the circumstances referred to in Article 46 ust. 4a PZP and art. 46 ust. 5 PPL. 7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of ordering, referred to in art. 67 sec. 1 point 7 of the PPL.

8. Contractors may participate in the proceedings, who are not subject to exclusion from the procurement procedure in the circumstances referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 item 12-23 of the PPL, art. 24 sec. 5 points 1 2 and-4 8 PZP.
