The Mail Services Branch-colis La Poste wants to buy equipment as part of the development of an offer of services related to the Silver Economy: the device.

Within the framework of the device set up by La Poste, it is expected of the provider who will be retained for this lot:

- the supply of teleassistance equipment called: box of call and portable accessory of alarm (type medaillon) compatible with all types of teleassistance telephone board. The equipment must comply with, in particular, the European norm of Social Alarm EN-50134 and the essential directives of the Rtechnical, warranty, standard exchange, after-sales service with a level 2 hotline from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 with call back within 10 minutes if not picked up (population of one hundred technicians from La Poste in direct contact),

- an interface with the La Poste Digital Hub may be requested.

Works (such as meetings, written and oral exchanges, deliverables ...) of this marcit will have to be done in French language. The processing of La Poste data, including accommodation, must imperatively be located within the European Union, a country in the European Economic Area, a country recognized as adequate by the European Union or from a company that adheres to the Privacy Shield.

The consultation file that will be sent to the providers selectionThe applicant will submit, at the same time as the application for participation, the documents indicated below:

1) a K-bis or equivalence extract; (2) if it is in receivership, the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced; (3) a duly dated declaration signed on paper by the supplier, to justify that it does not enter into any of the casesmentioned in 1 and a and c of 4 of Article 45 of Order No. 2015-899; (4) the certificates issued by the competent administrations and bodies certifying that the candidate is not in a banning case referred to in section 45 (2) of Order No. 2015-899, that is, -dire:

- a certificate of vigilance issued by the Urssaf,

- a tax certificate justirelying on the regularity of its tax situation (payment of VAT, corporation tax or income tax),

- a certificate attesting to the legality of its position with regard to the obligation to employment of disabled workers; (5) where applicable, the list of names of foreign employees employed by the candidate and subject to the work permit referred to in Article L.. 5221-2 of the Labor Code, specifying for each employee, in accordance with Article D. 8254-2 of the Labor Code, his date of hiring, his nationality and the type and serial number of the title being authorized working. Candidates established abroad provide the documents provided for in Articles D 8222-7 and D 8254-3 of the Labor Code.

6) where applicable, the parts specified in the article-R. 1263-12 of the Labor Code in case of detachment of employees. Failure to submit the aforementioned documents will result in the elimination of the applicant company. If the candidate presents itself in group, it will provide a letter of constitution of the grouping, signed by each one of its members, specifying the denomination, address, telephone and email address of each of the co-contractors, the identityof the agent and the powers given to him. Similarly, if the candidate relies on the capacities of subcontractors, he will specify the identity and co-ordinates of this subcontractor (s) and will provide a declaration on his honor stating that he will dispose of them. In addition, each co-contractor and / or subcontractor (s) must provide all the documents referred to above. The candidate will justifyterms of its co-contractors or subcontractors on which it is based.
