Supply of Radioisotopes - Radiopharmaceuticals to meet the needs of the Nuclear Medicine Department of the 1st Laboratory of Radiology. - Areteio Hospital, for one (1) year.

Quantity of items to be supplied, as well as techniquesSpecifications that the items offered must meet are listed in Annex I to the hospital declaration.

Economic operators involved in the process of conclusion of this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activities related to the subject of the procurement described in the relevant declaration of the hospital.

The economic operators that I amestablished in a Member State of the European Union, are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA)or third countries that have joined the SDS. or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures shall be required to be registered in the relevant professional or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in GREECE are required to be registered in B.Chamber of Commerce or Industry or Commerce or have started a profession for a profession related to the subject described in the hospital declaration (for natural persons)

Requests for clarification are submitted electronically at the latest eight (8) days in advance the closing date for the submission of tenders and shall be posted on their website respectivelyof the competition, through the web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr, of the ESSEDS. For the rest, the provisions of Article 2.1.3) of the hospital declaration apply.

Except the conditions for participation referred to in paragraphs III.1.1), III.1.2) and III.1.3) of this document, economic operators must comply with ISO 9001: 2008 or later, by an independent body for the marketing, distribution and scientific support of medicines - radioisotopes - radiopharmaceuticals.

According to paragraph 82 of Article 82 of Law 4412/2016, equivalent certificates are recognized by organizations based in other Member States. Other evidence of equivalent quality assurance measures shall also be accepted provided thatan economic operator has not been able to obtain that certificate within the relevant deadlines, for reasons which he is not responsible for, provided that the economic operator proves that the quality assurance measures proposed meet the required quality assurance standards.
