The consultation concerns the implementation of the services necessary for broadcasting in digital mode by terrestrial hertzian way of a multiplex for the radio editors. This consultation ofe 4 lots are part of articles L. 2500-1 and L. 2513-1 of the French public procurement code (article 8 of directive 2014/24 / EU). The purpose of this notice is to inform operators of the existence of this consultation in order to generate the widest possible competition.

This consultation is part of articles L. 2500-1 and L. 2513-1 of the public procurement code (artic8 of Directive 2014/24 / EU of 26.2.2014) which does not require advertising. However, this opinion aims to inform economic operators of the existence of this consultation in order to create the widest possible competition. The consultation will take place in several phases, the first having as its object the selection of candidates, for the 4 lots, admitted to present aoffer. The second phase will begin with the invitation of candidates to submit an offer with the objective, after negotiation, of choosing the beneficiaries of the above lots.
