This consultation concerns the supply of submersible electro-pump groups to equip water collection installations managed by Sourceo, the MEL water production board.

As regards an open procedure, applicantscandidates simultaneously submit their application and their offer. Applicants can apply with an ESPD, including an electronic ESPD but cannot limit themselves.iter to indicate that he has the requisite aptitude and capacities, he must provide all the supporting documents required for the presentation of applications. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from 1.1.2021 or from its date of notification if it is later. It can be recondiluted 3 times for a period of 1 year each year. Purchase orders can only be issued during the duration of each contract. The execution of the purchase orders cannot be prolonged beyond the deadline of validity of the market, with the exception of the purchase orders issued during the validity of the market in the event of incomplete services at the end of the duration of the market. Their execution cannot exceed the market validity period by more than 3 months.
