Opening of the applications will take place on 17.10.2018 at 13:00 in a meeting room of the Maritsa East 2 TPP EAD in a central administrative building. is public and can be attended by the candidates in the procedure or their authorized representatives, as well as representatives of themass media, subject to the established access regime for the building in which the opening is taking place.

Application requirements for each participant:

1. Pursuant to Art. 39, para. (3) (1) (g) of the RSPC to the technical proposal when submitting an initial tender, the participants submit a declaration to the manufacturer and the country of origin of the products to be delivered.Article Art. 146, para. (1) of the PPA, the contracting authority shall remove a tender in which the proportion of products originating in third countries exceeds 50 per 100 of the total value of the products included therein. Not more than one variation to complete the order is allowed in the bid of the participant. Participants must submit a proposal on the full volume of the specification for the respective onea separate position for which they participate. Pursuant to Art. 47, para. 10 of the RPSP, the contracting authority does not allow the submission of one application for participation in all lots, as the selection criteria are the same.
