If the guarantee instrument is issued in accordance with the provisions of Art. 40 par. (1) of H.G. 395/2016 by a banking company, the way of establishing the good execution guarantee will be the letter of guarantee of good execution, Form no. 12.

- lot 2: 531 507, 73 RON.

The last 3 years are calculated up to the deadline for submitting bids initially established (through the announcement / invitation), even if after the initiation of the procedure, the contracting authority will declassify this date. Values will be denominated both in RON and EUR, at the average RON / EUR exchange rate communicated by the Bank-European Central Bank for the year:

- 2015: 1 EUR = 4, 4454 RON,

- 2016: 1 EUR = 4, 4904 RON,

- 2017: 1 EUR = 4, 5688 RON.

In case the economic operator was founded or started its economic activity in less than 3 years, the turnover will be presented according to the actual activity period. If an association of economic operators submits the joint offer, eachassociate is required to submit documents, and the economic and financial situation is demonstrated by taking into account the resources of all members of the association. If the tenderer demonstrates his economic and financial capacity by invoking the support given by another person, then he has the obligation to prove his / her support by submitting a commitmentthe person confirming that he will make available to the bidder the financial resources invoked.
