The municipality of Makedonska Kamenica is awarding an agreement for implementation of public private partnership using the ESCO model for rendering of street lighting services in the area of the municipality of Makedonska Kamenica.

The bidders must submit the following documents:

— registered activity document.

The bidders must submit the following documents and fulfill the following conditions:

— balance sheet report issued by competent agency or excerpts from the balance sheet report in case the publication of the balance sheet is requested by law in the tenderer`s country of origin,

— total cumulative profit of at least 35 000 000, 00 MKD for the last 3 years,

— no frozen accounts for the duration of 6 months prior to the start of this public private procedure,

— excerpt from the total income of the company (from the balance of success issued by the competent agency, i.e revised balance of success) and where is requested declaration for the income made in the area covered by the contract for at least the last 3 financial years if the data is available, depending on the date when the company was founded and started with business and depending on the availability of such data.
