Provision of public transport services for local public transport (PTV) including ancillary services on the railway infrastructure of DB Netz AG, TME-Torsten Meincke Eisenbahn GmbH and DB Stationrg on the lines RB13 Rehna Parchim and RB14 Hagenow Parchim to start operations from 15.12.2019 (annual timetable 2020) with approx. 1.33 million train kilometers p. a. in diesel traction.

Proof of condition and permission to practicethe tenderer submits an excerpt from the trade or professional register in accordance with the legislation of the country in which he is established, and a statement of ownership of the shareholding in his undertaking. Bidders domiciled abroad shall be governed by the rules of their company law applicable to them in the country in which they are established or by the standardsn the company-contractual arrangements applicable to them and the above gradation of the requirements to submit comparable documents. Obligations to submit such documents shall also apply to contractors established abroad, provided that they are drawn up voluntarily.

If the tenderer can not complete the supporting documents referred to in that point for the last 3 years-Present business years because he has not been in business for so long, evidence of the completed business year (s) has been provided since the beginning of the business.
