The purpose organization OePNV Vogtland intends as a competent authority i. P. (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on public passenger transport services (VO1370 / 2007), the award of a public service contract on public passenger transport services in the Vogtland region with buses pursuant to Article 5-(1) sentence 2 of Regulation 1370/2007. Of the intended allocation, all transport services are as follows: P. Section 8a (2) sentence 4 of the Passenger Transport Act (PBFG). The award shall be as follows: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22.
