a) Each bidder can submit only 1 bid. Applicant may not be a member of a vendor group who submits another offer.(c) The contracting authority is represented by Certis, s.r.o., Miletičova 99 / 5A, 821 08 Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC

d) Public procurement is carried out by electronic means via IS EVO.
