Contract for the school transport service to the gyms of the secondary school students of the Province of Reggio Emilia aa.ss. 2019/2020 2020/2021 2021/2022. - CIG: 78037935B4

Subject of this contract and the assignment of the transport service to the gyms of the students engaged in the activity of motor and sports sciences, enrolled in thesecondary schools of Reggio Emilia, Correggio, Castelnovo Monti and Montecchio Emilia for the next years 2019/2020, 2020/2021 and 2021 / 2022.

With regards to the duration, the following is specified:

The service is rendered in accordance with the school calendar and at the times set by the educational institutions in agreement with the Director of the School Programming and Right to Study Service of the Province of Reggio Emilia communicated annually contractor. The calendarscholastic of the Emilia-Romagna Region and has been defined with Deliberazione di Giunta regionale n. 353 of 26.3.2012, to which reference is made and is structured as follows: the beginning and the end of the lessons are fixed respectively on September 15th and June 6th of each school year (a.s.). Economic operators participatents must be registered in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of provincial craft commissions for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure.

The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3 of the Code, presents declarationssworn or in accordance with the rules in force in the State in which it is established.

In the case of cooperative companies, registration in the Register of cooperative societies with the Ministry of Economic Development is requested. it is specified that, in addition to the Italian language, presentation in a foreign language is also permitted provided that it runsdate from a sworn translation in Italian.
