CPV Description: Public transport services to the Olomouc Region by public services in the transport of passengers by public transport II area Jesenicko The subject of this public procurement is the provision of public services in the carriage of passengers by public transport with the aim of providing transport services to the Olomouc Region, ten years. Dopravni obslTraffic security is to be considered for all days of the week, mainly to schools and school facilities, to public bodies, to employment, to health care facilities providing basic health care and to meeting cultural, recreational and social needs, including backward transport, contributing to sustainable development Main site: Olomouck- kraj - Jesenicko area

PremThis Public Offering is to provide public passenger transport services by means of public transport in order to ensure the transport service of the Olomouc Region, the Jesen-k Region for a period of ten years. Traffic service is meant to ensure the transport of all days in the week mainly to schools and school facilities, to public authorities, to employment, to medical facilities providingtheir basic health care and to satisfy the cultural, recreational and social needs, including transport back, contributing to the sustainable development of the ground circuit.

The supplier proves the fulfillment of professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) and (2) of the ZZVZ by submitting: a) To the Czech Republic, a commercial listing or other similarly, if another legal provision has been entered into such evidence(b) a proof of the right to business under special legal regulations to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public offer, in particular a document proving the respective trade license or license. In this case, one shall present documents proving the acquisition of the following trade license:

• Road motor transport - personally operated by vehicles intended for transport-(c) a document certifying the professional competence of a trainee or a trainee in accordance with Article 3 of Act No 455/1991 Coll., on Trades Licensing (Trade Licensing Act), in the wording of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as " the person to whom he / she is able to provide his / her professional competence.
