The participants should hold a license for carrying passengers according to Art. 6 of the Automobile Actin the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or a license for the international carriage of passengers - a Community license issued by the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications or officials authorized by him / her ..

In order to prove their conformity with the selection criterion, the participants declare in EEDOP the circumstance by designating a public free registryfrom which to check the relevant license. If the participant is a non-resident, he / she may present a valid equivalent document or declaration or certificate issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another country party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, proving the entry of the participant in a relevant register of peland contracting authority does not set selection criteria for the economic and financial status of the participants. The assignor sets a performance guarantee of 5 (five) per cent of the estimated value of the respective lot without VAT. The same may be presented in one of the following forms: - a cash amount deposited at a designated account by the assignor: BG04FINV91503316803795, First Investment BankAnkara, Branch Gorna Oryahovitsa, - Bank guarantee - unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee in favor of the client with a term of validity not less than 60 calendar days after expiration of the term of the contract, - insurance which guarantees the performance by covering the responsibility of contractor, with a period of validity of not less than 60 calendar days after expiry of the contract.but the form of the performance guarantee.

When the selected contractor is an association which is not a legal entity, each of its members may be the principal of the bank guarantee, respectively the importer of the amount of the guarantee or the holder of the insurance. or release of the performance guarantee shall be governed by the public procurement contract. Removalin the present procedure are subject to participants, for whom circumstances under Art. 54, Art. 55 of the Public Procurement Act and provided by the contracting authority in the documentation as well as on the grounds of Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act
