Chartering of SRO lines, school lines, reinforcements and school circuits

Charter services for the operation of regular lines and reinforcements of lines, school lines and school circuits in the Nantes agglomeration - 32 SRO lines, 24 school lines, 6 school reinforcements, 278 to 282 school circuits depending on the day.

Charter services for the operation of regular lines and reinforcements of lines, school lines and school circuits in the Nantes conurbation - 32 SRO lines, 23 school lines, 6 school reinforcements, 278 to 282 school circuits depending on the day.

The charter services concern 16 lots (1 to 16) for the SRO lines for an estimate of about 7, 490, 000 km per year.n, and 9 lots (21 to 29) for school circuits for approximately 518 000 km per year.

- a letter of application (and of the authorized representative for his co-contractors, where applicable) or DC1 (including a valid and regularly consulted electronic address),

- a declaration on the honor, duly dated and signede to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order of 23.7.2015 and in particular that it is in rule under articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers,

- a certificate of provision of social declarations and payment of social security contributions and contributions provided for in the ActL. 243, - the list of the foreign employees employed and subject to the work authorization provided for in Article L. 5221-2, drawn up from the single personnel register, specifying for each employee:

1) his date (2) his nationality; (3) the type and number of the title of the work permit.

- dthe documents relating to the powers of the person empowered to bind him, in the case of a grouping, where necessary, the necessary authorizations to represent the undertakings at the stage of the procurement.

- statement concerning the overall turnover and the turnover in respect of services similar to those requested for consultation, carried out during the-Last 3 years available (part D1 of document DC2 to be completed if using this document),

- Kbis extract dating from less than 3 months old or an identification card justifying the registration in the directory of trades.
