CPV Description: Public road transport services. Open procedure for the assignment of the school transport service of the Municipality of Casale Corte Cerro for the period 1.1.2019 31.12.2023 with the option of renewal for a further 5 years

With determination to contract n. 128 of 26.9.2018 and subsequent determination no. 133 of 08.10.2018, the Municipality of Casale Corte Cerro has decided to entrust the service of transpschool garden for the period 1.1.2019 31.12.2023 with the option of renewal for a further 5 years and the obligation to purchase the school bus of municipal property.

This procedure has as object the assignment of the school transport service of the Municipality of Casale Corte Cerro, including the provision of supplementary services pursuant to art. 5 of the special conditions, for the period 1.1.2019 31.12.2023 with the option of renewal for a further 5 years and the obligation to purchase the municipal property school bus.

The total amount of the contract is equal to € 370, 000.00 net of VAT and / or other taxes and contributions law. The amount of charges for security against interference amounts to € 0.00 net of VAT and / or other taxes and legal contributions.o is obliged to purchase the school bus belonging to the Municipality of Casale Corte Cerro described in article 10 of the special conditions. The amount for the purchase of the school bus, subject to increase, is equal to 15 000.00 EUR net of VAT and / or other taxes and legal contributions.

Registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of-provincial commissions for handicrafts for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure.

The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3 of the Code, submits a sworn statement or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established.

Annual overall turnover of the company in the last 3 financial years endingavailable at no less than EUR 110 000.00.

This requirement is required because, in addition to being consistent with the regulatory criteria, it appears adequate in order to demonstrate the reliability of the competitor and its consequent ability to meet the obligations arising from dall'aggiudicazione.
