Reliance on support services for the rail transport of people in the Region of Sicily in case of emergency

Open procedure procedure, pursuant to Title VI, Chapter I of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, divided into 12 lots, for the assignment of support services for the rail transport of people in the Sicilian Region in caemergency agreement through the stipulation of a framework agreement with more than 2 (two) year operators plus possible extension for a further 1 (one) year. Main Site: Sicily

Supporting railway transport services for people in the region Sicily in case of emergency. Lot 1 Area Palermo - S. Agata.

Not required for the purposes of-participation in the procedure.

1. With reference to section 1.5) section II) of the present Call for Proposals (total estimated value) it is specified that, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 35, co. 4 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the total value of the contract (including any form of possible option or extension), and overall estimated at EUR 3 300 000.00 (eurotremilionitrecentomila / 00), soas follows:

- EUR 2 200 000.00 (euroduemilioniduecentomila / 00) tender-based amount, for the duration of the contract of 24 months, divided into 12 lots,

- EUR 1 100 000.00 (EUR million million thousand / 00) possible extension, for the duration of 12 months, divided into 12 lots;

2. the interested companies that were not already in possession of the portal qualification will have to previously and obligatorilyin order to request the authorization according to the modalities reported on the home page of the Portal itself (https://www.buybusi.it). It is specified that the qualification to the Portal is free of charge. Registration and subsequent qualification allow the company to access the section dedicated to the race. By accessing this section, the Company can view the complete documentation oftender, submit requests for clarifications, transmit electronically the required documentation, formulate the offer and participate, if admitted, to the next electronic auction. It should be noted that, for information or technical support in the above operations, interested economic operators have the possibility to contact the technical manager of the Portal (tel .: 39 02266002680);

3. theto participate in the present procedure of the choice of the contractor carried out in telematic and open mode, prior identification, to all interested operators in possession of the IT equipment indicated in the document on the Portal, as well as a certified e-mail address (PEC). The legal representative of a certifi is required to holddigital signature, in the course of validity generated by a device for the creation of a secure signature, in accordance with the provisions of art. 38, paragraph 2, of the D.P.R. n. 445/2000 and art. 65 of Legislative Decree no. 82/2005. The above and moreover detailed in the part of the overall tender documentation made available in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph 2.4) sectionand II) of this announcement;

4. any questions or clarifications on the content of the present competition, may be requested only by the competitors authorized to the Portal (https://www.buybusi.it), as well as authorized to the tender, within the final deadline indicated per configuration on the Purchasing Portal of the reference RdOs, using exclusively the instrument of the local authorityponibile. The answers to the clarifications will be reported in the appropriate area or as an attached document in the area of the online race and will be visible to the competitors authorized to the race. A communication (e-mail) will also be sent to the competition-qualified competitors with an invitation to read the answers to the clarifications / questions. No clear requests will be consideredreceived by telephone or in any case after the last date indicated above
