Public transport of passengers on bus lines from the Republican and municipal transport schemes, quota Kostinbrod municipality according to established routes schedules of the technical specifications set out in Activity 1:-By bus lines from the approved Republican transport scheme, a total of 52 route schedules on long-distance bus lines:

1. Sofia Petarch, 19 pcs. routing schedules of 19.7 km each; Sofia Tsarichina 5 pcs. route schedules with a length of 23.3 km each and 23201 - 30.5 km; Sofia Gradets on 2 pcs. route schedules with a length of 18.7 km each; Sofia Dragoviš20 pcs. route schedules of 18.8 km each; Sofia "Chibaovtsi" mine has 6 route schedules with a length of 36.4 km each, and

Activity 2: on Bus lines from the approved municipal transport scheme, a total of 26 route schedules on long-distance bus lines:

1. year-round on weekdays, a total of 15 route schedules, each with a length of 12.7 km,

2. Opitzvet Peturch, are held all year round on holiday and holiday days (10 holidays and 105 weekends), a total of 11 timetables with a length of 12.7 km. every. For the exclusive right to operate the public passenger transport service, individuals are entitled to compensation for free and reduced-cost journeys of certain categories of passengers under the terms and conditionsof the Ordinance on the conditions and the procedure for granting of funds for compensation of the reduced revenues from the application of prices for public passenger transport on unprofitable bus routes in interurban transport and transport in mountain and other regions and for issuance of transport documents for the transport, for travel allowances for certain categories of passengers. The participantshall hold a valid license to carry out international passenger transport (Community license) or a license to carry passengers on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA pursuant to Art. 6 of the Road Transport Act or an equivalent document issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State Party to the European Union* Required information on the above-mentioned requirement for fitness to pursue a professional activity, the participant shall complete Part IV: "Selection Criteria", Section A: "Fitness", Field 1 of the EEDOP as described therein. the cases under Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the PPL to demonstrate the above requirement, the participants submit: copies certified by the carrier-a valid Community license or a license to carry passengers on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA pursuant to Art. 6 of the Road Transport Act or an equivalent document issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and the corresponding number of certified copies of the licensebuses or equivalent documents issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the European Economic Area Agreement

Valid Insurances:

1. Civil liability of motorists for the buses that will be involved in the execution of the order and

2 "Accident of the passengers" in the public transportor an equivalent document issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Required information on the above-mentioned requirement of economic and financial standing, the participant fills in Part IV: "Selection Criteria, Section B:" Economic and Financial Condition "by EEDOPdescribed in it.

In the cases under Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the participants shall present: copies of valid civil liability insurance and Passenger Accident certified by the carrier or an equivalent document issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State Party under the European Economic Agreementspace.

Not subject to circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The assignor removes a participant when:

1. has been convicted by a judgment which has entered into force, unless he is rehabilitated, for a crime under Art. 108a, Art. 159a-159d, Art. 172, Art. 192a, Art. 194-217, Art. 219-252, Art. 253-260, Art. 301-307, Art. 321, 321a and Art. 352-353e of NK; has been convicted by a judgment which has entered into force unless he has resistedan offense similar to those under paragraph 1, to another Member State or to a third country; there are obligations for taxes and compulsory social security contributions within the meaning of Art. 162, para. 2, item 1 of the TIPC and the interest thereon to the state or the municipality at the headquarters of the contracting authority and of the candidate or participant, or analogous obligations established by an act of a competent body, and the country in which the applicant or the participant is established, unless a rescheduling, deferral or collateralisation of the obligations or an obligation is made by virtue of an act which has not entered into force; there is inequality in the cases under Art. 44, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act; has been found to have: (a) submitted a false document related to the verification of the absence of grounds for removal or execution(b) has not provided the required information relating to the verification of the absence of grounds for removal or the fulfillment of the selection criteria; has been found by a punitive decree or a court decision that has enforced a violation of Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 245 and Art. 301-305 of the Labor Code or similar obligationsestablished by an act of a competent authority, under the law of the State in which the applicant or participant is established; there is a conflict of interest that can not be eliminated. The grounds under points 1, 2, 7 apply to the persons who represent the participant, the persons who are members of the management and supervisory bodies and to other persons who have the power to exercise controldecision-making by these bodies. Where the requirements under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1, 2 and 7 of the PPA refer to more than one person, all persons sign the same EEDOP. Where there is a need to protect personal data or in case of a difference in the circumstances related to the personal condition, the information regarding the requirements of art. 54, para. 1, items 1, 2 and 7 of the Public Procurement Act shall be completed in a separate EEDOP for cface or for some of the persons. Pursuant to Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their real owners (companies), registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, and those controlled by they are prohibited directly and / orindirect participation in a public procurement procedure, including through a civil / consortium holding a company registered in a preferential tax jurisdiction. Part D, Section D of EEDOP should provide information on the lack of the grounds under Art. 3, item 8 of the Act, the persons related to them and their real owners. Another reason to remove: Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act. Before signing the contract, the contractor shall provide up-to-date documents certifying the lack of justification for rectification and compliance with the selection criteria. Funding is done by the contractor's revenue from ticket and card sales, from the client's budget - with state budget funds through compensation for free and reduced-cost travel forcertain categories of passengers pursuant to the Ordinance providing funds to compensate for reduced revenues from the application of prices for public passenger transport on unprofitable bus lines and with funds from the municipal budget by a decision of the municipal council as aid for travel of certain categories of passengers.
