The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for long-term regular bus transport (city public transport) in the city of Galanta during the term of the concluded contract. 1) zak. no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended(hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), they shall be required to prove them in accordance with Section 32 2) resp. (4) to (5) of the law by submitting the first electronic form of the documents and then the applicants for the first to third places in the order will be asked to provide the original documents or their certified true copies, respectively. within the meaning of - 152 of the Act, an applicant who is not registered in the list of economic subjects is not obliged in the process-of the public procurement to submit documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of the person's personal status according to - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act and submit only data on the valid entry in the list of economic subjects kept by the Public Procurement Office with the registration number or identification data on the basis of which it is possible to find it in this list. Zapis included in the list of entrepreneurs according to Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of the laws in the wording of later regulations is entered in the list of economic subjects in the scope of recorded facts. No facts recorded shall be proved in accordance with - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act. In the case of a tenderer who makes a group of contractors involved in a public procurement, proof of fulfillment of the conditions for the personal status of all the members of the Group is required, the fulfillment of the condition of part time pursuant to -32 par. e) the law proves a member of the group only in relation to the part of the subject of the order to ensure it.provided the economic status of the total turnover report by the presentation of profit and loss accounts or receipts and editions compiled on the last day of the tuition period of the financial year or the web address of the portal www.registeruz.sk, in the case of interest with a site outside the SR territory, reference to the web site of the equivalent register according to the valid regulations in the target country of the interested person, -on which the required returns in that portal are deposited in the public part of the register and publicly accessible to all persons. Also, if a site is interested in the site outside the SR, it is necessary to submit a translation of the requested documents into the Slovak language, except for the documents issued in the Czech language.

The number of activities is counted every month from the beginning of the activity until the deadline for submission of documents, offered. If the offer is submitted by a group, it proves that the conditions for part-time are met in accordance with this point together.

The applicant may use financially to prove his financial and economic status.the swims of another person, regardless of their legal relationship.
