The subject of the public procurement is to ensure the operation regular city bus services for the needs of residentsl Kolin, for a period of 10 years.

The contracting authority requires proof of fulfillment of the conditions of professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) and (2). a), c) ZZVZ. Proof of Proof pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure - Submission of a copy of the commercial listing or other similarly to the record, if another legal regulation requires such registration. a) ZZVZ - The Contracting Authority requests that-the Contractor has demonstrated that he is entitled to do business within the scope of the subject matter of the Public Procurement. The Contractor shall provide evidence of the fulfillment of this condition by submitting a copy of the valid authorization for the business. c) ZZVZ - The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to prove that he is professionally responsible or has a person who ensures his professional competence.-documentation
