Carriage of public transport services as a subcontractor of OVAG

Carrying out regular public transport services in accordance with a prescribed operational plan with standard coaches. The services to be awarded are divided into 8 lots. No single bidder or consortium will win the contract for more than 4 lots. For the individualIn lots, the use of at least 1 to a maximum of 2 vehicles is required. The sales equipment for the sale of tickets is provided by the client.

The lot comprises 1 circulation on the day of operation Monday - Friday school, 2 circulations on the operating day Monday - Friday holidays and 1 circulation on the operating day Sunday.

They are all of the following-(1) Signed written self-declaration by the company that the grounds for exclusion under - 6 (4) and (6) VOL / A EC are not met. For the submission of the self-declaration, the corresponding form (form in accordance with Annex 6 of the terms of contract) of the awarding authority (available from contact point ZiffI.1).

For the submission of the own declaration the corresponding form (form according to Annex 7 of the conditions of contract) of the contracting authority (to be obtained from the contact person(3) Proof of inscription of the company on the professional or commercial register in accordance with the legislation of the country of the European Community or of the Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement to which the company is a resident. The proof must not be older than 6 months at the time of the application deadline. The presentation of proof in notCertified copy is permitted.
