The transport services covered by this contract are aimed at providing services providedBy law, the public body is aimed at meeting collective needs in the field of the right to study or services aimed at the socially weak categories. The activities constituting the service are as follows: school transport, transport to gyms and swimming pools, short educational outings during school hours, transport for summer camps, transport for the disabled, andTwenty private school transport, payment accounting service and on-board assistance and surveillance service.

This procedure will be carried out in telematic mode through the use of a telematic e-procurement system in ASP mode (Application Service Provider), pursuant to art. 40 and of the art. 58 of the contract code and in compliance with the provisionspursuant to Legislative Decree 82/2005. The offer must be presented exclusively through the System and then electronically by sending electronic documents signed with digital signature, where provided.
