Transportation of personnel from military forces from the Land Forces to the place of work and vice versa

Transportation of military units from the Army to the place of work and vice versa

Main Site: "Kabile", Yambol, Sliven and city of Elhovo

Transportation of personnel of military units 52590, 54100 and 22130 Kabile district from the town of Yambol, town of Sliven and town-Elhovo to the place of work and back according to the routes, annex to the documentation. The participant shall be entered in the Commercial Register and in the Register of Motor Vehicles maintained by the Automobile Administration Executive Agency, 2. The Participant shall hold a valid license issued by the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, issued pursuant to Article 7 by Zakofor road transport and Art. 10, para. 1 and Art. 79, para. 1 of Ordinance 33 SG No. 101/1999 on the public transport of passengers and freight on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and the license must be for the carriage of passengers on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA ..

When the participants are foreign persons, be in an equivalent register, and have an equivalent license under the lawof the Member State in which they are established.

The Employer has no requirements for the economic and financial status of the participants

1. The assignor shall remove from participation in the procedure a participant, for whom one of the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with companies registered in preferential jurisdictionstax regime, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners. The Contracting Authority will remove from participation in the procedure and a participant for whom any of the following circumstances exist: - - who are related parties within the meaning of -2, item 45 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act in relation to Art. 101, para 11 and art. 107, item 4 of the Public Procurement Act, - if there is any of the following grounds under Art. 107 of the PPL: Participant who is not responsibleof the selection criteria set or fails to fulfill another condition set out in the contract notice or in the documentation; a tenderer who has submitted a tender which does not comply with the contract terms announced in advance or with rules and requirements relating to environmental protection, social and labor law, applicable collective agreements and / or international provisionsenvironmental, social and labor law, which are listed in Annex 10 to Art. 115 of the Public Procurement Act, a participant who has not submitted the justification under Art. 72, para. 1 or whose offer has not been accepted pursuant to Art. 72, para. 3-5.
