Ramcova Contract for Securing of Bus Replacement on the Traffic Line No. 220 Benešov u Prahy Ceske Budejovice

The subject of the public offer is the provision of a substitute bus service within the meaning of - 18c paragraph 2 Act No. 111/1994 Coll., on Road Transport, as amended, during the temporary interruption of public passenger transport in our countryBenešov u Prahy Ceske Budejovice on line No. 220 for the duration of the Ramcove agreement in anticipation of the term from 3.9.2018

The objective of the public procurement is to provide for the replacement of bus transport within the meaning of - 18c 2 Act No. 111/1994 Coll., On Road Transport, in the wording of later regulations during the temporary interruption of the public auction of passenger transportin the cesspool Benešov u Prahy Ceske Budejovice on line 220 for the duration of the Ramcove agreement in the presumed term from 3.9.2018. The sponsor intended to conclude a Ramc agreement with a single supplier. The selected supplier will become a participant in the procurement procedure which the contracting authority will select on the basis of the tender evaluation rules referred to in Article 8 of the Invitation to Conclude the Ramcove Agreement in accordance with the ZZVZ and ZD.

The fulfillment of professional competence pursuant to - 77 of the Code of Civil Procedure is proved by the supplier who submits: - a commercial register or other analogous records, if another legal regulation requires such registration; - a document on the right to business according to the special legal regulations corresponding to the subject Public Procurements.

The Contracting Authority requests the submission of a proof of the right to do business under special lawsh of the regulations in the scope corresponding to the subject of the public offer, especially the document for the granting of a concession for road passenger motor transport operated by vehicles designed to carry more than 9 persons, including the driver .. According to Section 96, paragraph 1 of the CTA, the contracting authority publishes the supporting documentation on the profile of the contracting authority, from the date of publication of the announcement of the opening of the investive management in the Věstn-k of Public Procurement, we are notby the end of the deadline for submission of offers. The documentation on the profile of the sponsor (link to the profile of the sponsor: https://www.tenderarena.cz/profily/CD) is published in full extent, for this reason the contracting authority does not provide any part of the supporting documentation in accordance with the procedure of - 96 paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ. The Contracting Authority reserves the right under Article 170 of the ZZVZ to abolish the inverse control even without fulfilling the reasons in - 127 of the APIA.
