Announcement about the intention to conduct a contract for the provision of public mass transport services in poviat passenger transport in road transport in the Pszczyna Poviat in the period after 1.1.2019 . Legal basis: art. 23, par.1 point 1 in connection with art. 19 para. 1 of the Act of 16.12.2010 on publicm mass transport (consolidated text from 2017 item 2136) and art. 7 par. 2, Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on public passenger transport services by rail and by road and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 119/69 and (EEC) No 1107/70 (OJ of the EU of 3.12.2007). Name and address of the organizer: Pszczyna County, uMay 3, 10, 43-200 Pszczyna. Specification of the expected ordering procedure. The Operator selects the operator in the mode of art. 19 section 1 of the Act of 29.1.2004. Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2017.1579, as amended, dated 24.8.2017).
