C1: experience and references of the undertaking

1) comparable reference

For the evaluation of the qualification, a reference will be recognized as comparable, if at least the following criteria are fulfilled:

a) mandate for execution communication services such as those provided for in the call for tender for a comparable public construction project;

b) an honorary volume of at least CHF 150000.00;

C2: economic and financial ability C2.1: confirmation / proof that the services provided by the subcontractors do not exceed 50%.

C2.2: confirmation / proof that the bidder`s annual turnover for 2017 and 2018 are greater than twice the annual turnover of the market.

Proofs / certificates to be submitted upon request of the customer:

- extract from the register of commerce,

- extract from the register of prosecutions,

- extract from the compensation fund AVS / AI / IPG / AD,

- confirmation insurer LAA,

- confirmation of the tax administration,

- insurance certificates.

All without exception not more than 3 months old.

C3: key-persons, references

1: references

For the key persons CP and CP adjoint: each 1 equivalent reference in function, complexity compaand the same specialty. The key people are the project manager and the assistant project manager. C3.2: Language skills

The project manager and the Deputy Project Manager jointly cover German and Italian as mother tongue (or C1 according to the Common European Framework for reference for languages (CEFR), which means that if CP has German as mother tongue (or a C1 certificate for German), the CP must have Italianas a mother tongue (or a C1 certificate for Italian) or if the CP has Italian as mother tongue (or a C1 certificate for Italian), the CP must have German as mother tongue (or a C1 certificate for German). The object of the invitation to tender is to assist the contracting authority in the communication for the 2 Gotthard tunnel project (2TG) with the possibility of assisting the project manager also for the Gotthard Tunnel Rehabilitation Project (1TG). The most important tasks are: - detailed information conceptand communication (IK): development of an in-depth communication concept for the 2TG project, in particular for the 2 information centers in Goeschenen and Airolo,

- development and support for the implementation of a CD for construction sites,

- planning / construction and assistance to the project owner in the implementation of all communication measures,

- participation at the meetings (I K and others as required),

- support / back-office of the ICT staff responsible for this project at the FEDRO F5 office in Bellinzona. Due to the geographical location and scope of the project, the project is strongly at the center of public perception of politics and population. The investment is estimated at about 21, 500 hours. 2) Award criteria. FEDRO reserves the right to invite to the stage of the hearing only those tenderers who, at the time of the intermediate evaluation before the presentation, havea chance to be awarded the market. The bidder who is not invited to the presentation automatically receives a score of 5 for the CA5. The presentation will take place in the period from 21.10.2019 to 15.11.2019 at the offices of FEDRO in Bellinzona.
