We have an application for a public service permit under Section 2 (1), (2), (13) and (42) PBefG for the following line in the Hannover region:

Line No: 367, Linienweg von nach : From Arnum, Lerchenweg to Hanover, at Brabrinke, start of approval: 9.12.2018.

As application deadline for the submission of own line approval applications-according to -- 2 para. 1, 12 para. 5, 13, 42 PBefG to the above-mentioned. Passenger services with us as responsible licensing authority hereby the period is determined. from October 10, 2018 to November 9, 2018.

The requests of the transport companies to be made in the mentioned period must be heard and in this respect including the documents required in accordance with - 12 (1), 1a PBefG in sufficient numbers-within the o. g. Period have come to us to be considered. Complaints that are incomplete or incomplete with regard to the documents pursuant to Section 12 (1), 1a PBefG may be referred to the above mentioned.
