The object of the contract is represented by the acquirerrenting, placement, maintenance and repair of automatic toilets, including disabled persons, connectable to water, sewerage and electricity networks in Baia Mare. For a clean and civilized aspect of Baia Mare Municipality and in order to ensure a high level of civilization, as well as access to public utilities for the citizens of the city, it is-necessary to place public toilets in Baia Mare, and to maintain the existing ones. Number of days to which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders: 20 days. Will be answered within 10 days before the deadline for submitting bids.

The object of the contract is the purchase by inchinstallation, maintenance and repair of the automatic toilets, including for people with disabilities, connectable to the water, sewerage and electricity networks in Baia Mare.

Maximum estimated quantity during the framework agreement:

- The maximum estimated amount for the duration of the framework agreement is 20 automatic toilets,

Minimum estimated quantity during the duration of the agreement -Family is 8 automatic toilets

The maximum amount estimated during a subsequent contract:

- The maximum quantity you arematurity during a subsequent contract is 12 automatic toilets, - The estimated minimum amount for a subsequent contract is 8 toilets.

Estimated value for the 4-year framework agreement:

- Maximum estimated value over the duration of the 4 year is: 5 372 800 RON without VAT, - The estimated minimum value for the 4-year framework agreement is: 2 149 120 RON without VAT.for the following contract:

- The estimated minimum value for the duration of a subsequent contract is: 537 280 RON without VAT, - The maximum estimated value for a subsequent contract is: 805 920 RON without VAT.

Frequency of subsequent contracts will be at least 2 per year, as required

Information and formalities necessary• Tenderers, associate bidders, supportive third parties and subcontractors must not be present in the situations provided for in Art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. The way in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, to their situation.
