Insurance services (7 lots)

These are insurance contracts passes on behalf of the group of orders formed between the town of Draguignan and the Draguignan Communal Social Action Center (CCAS).

Damages to the property of Draguignan city.

The justifications to produce prunder Article R. 2143-3 of the CCP are:

a) the letter of application and pardon of the representative in case of consortium (prints DC1), being specified that this print is freely downloadable on the site: www.minefe .gouv.fr (heading);

(b) the document (s) relating to the credentials of the person empowered to commit the candidate; (c) a declaration of honor to justify that the candidat does not fit in any of the cases referred to Articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the CCP and in particular that it is in rule under Articles L. 5212.1 a L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of handicapped workers: candidates may for this purpose either produce the printer DC1 (freely downloadable on: www.minefe.gouv.fr - heading);

d) judgment en case of judicial reorganization, justifying that the candidate has been authorized to continue his activity during the foreseeable duration of the performance of the contract.

The information and formalities necessary to evaluate whether these requirements are fulfilled are (the candidates will be able to want to use the printer DC2):

- the overall turnover and the turnover of the supplieses, services or works covered by the market, carried out during the last 3 financial years available. Companies created less than 3 years ago will communicate usefully the CA realized since their creation,

- appropriate declaration of banks or proof of an insurance for the professional risks.
