The subject of the contract is a ramcova agreementinsurance of property against natural risks, aft, insurance of machinery and machinery, insurance of electronics, insurance of insured transport of shipments, insurance of glass, insurance of interruption due to natural hazards, breaks due to machine breakage, insurance of loss of income, insurance of general liability for damage, insurance responsibility for environmental damage.

It is stated in the Tender 3 Description of the subject of the contract for the tender documentation.

1.1 The applicant must meet the conditions in part in - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act). Their fulfillment of the proof pArticle 32, par. 2, par. 4, par. 5, - 152 para. 1 (entered in the list of economic subjects) or - 152, par. 3 of the Public Procurement Act

1.2 The entry in the list of economic entities is effective against any public contracting authority and the information provided therein is not necessary in the public procurement procedures. The contractor when assessing the fulfillment of the conditions of the person's statusregistration of the economic entity in the list of economic entities, if the applicant has not submitted pursuant to - 32 par. 2, 4 and 5 or an equivalent entry or registration certificate pursuant to Section 152 3 of the Act on Public Procurement

1.3 The entry in the list of entrepreneurs carried out pursuant to the Act on public procurement effective until 17 April 2016 (Act No. 25/2006 Coll.) Is entered in the list of economic entities in the scope-1.4 The applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions stipulated by the Contracting Authority for a single European document within the meaning of Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act. 1.5 The group of contractors shall prove fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the public procurement for each individual member of the group

In due time, the request for an interest is explainedthe request is deemed to have been delivered to the procuring entity in a written form within such a time limit as to ensure that the procuring entity ensures the delivery of the explanation at least 6 days before the expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders under - 48 of the Public Procurement Act. The Advertiser recommends to the interested to deliver the request for explanation at least until 17.8.2018 so that it is possible to process within the specified time limit and send it to the interested interpretersLenin.

3rd Tenders must be delivered on working days from 8.00 to 15.00 CET at the address given under I.3)

4. The offer and other documents and documents in the public procurement shall be submitted in the (Slovak) language. If the document or document is drawn up in a foreign language, it shall be accompanied, together with its official translation, into the Slovak (Slovak) language; it does not pay for offers, papers and documents-in the Czech language. Delivering the non-distribution of the order on the part: The Procurer considered the suitability of splitting the order into parts. As the subject of the offer represents complex insurance services according to the needs and requirements of the procuring entity, the procurer did not disclose the contract on the basis of relevant evidence.8. The contractor shall require the provision of security for the offer. The security is set at EUR 50, 000. Details on the composition and return of the security are given in the tender documents. The contracting authority applies in the public procurement in question a condition according to - 40 par. 6 sheets. g) Public Procurement Act
