1999 / G22 Framework agreement project organization as well as the conceptual and communicative support of the dialogue and participation process for the further development of the mobility and fuel strategy and the National Platform Future of Mobility.

Within the scope of this order, the BMVI is to be supported organizationally and communicatively in the further development and implementation of the mobility and fuel strategy (FMD). The object of the service is the active project development and organization as well as the conceptual and communicative support including participation elements for further developmentd Implementation of the FMD. The complexity of the topic and the diversity of different groups of actors must be taken into account and the European and international dimensions included. Here, the good experience of the participation strategy for FMD has to be built on.

Main Site: The place of performance for the services of the AN is the seat of the Federal Ministry of Transport and DigitalInfrastructure in Berlin, insofar as the services cannot be provided elsewhere according to this contract or by their nature.

The services include project organization, stakeholder participation and communication support for the further development and implementation of the FMD and the NPM. The coverage of scientific questions within the framework of the FMD is discussed with the BMVItogether with the scientific consortium on MKS and the "National Organization for Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technology GmbH" (NOW GmbH).

In consultation with the BMVI, the coverage of scientific questions within the NPM will be jointly with Acatech and the scientific consortium MKS performed, Acatech also forms the interfaceto chair the steering committee of the NPM. Proven dialogue concepts and moderation methods are to be used. The individual measures for implementation will be specified in consultation with the AG in the further course of contract fulfillment and individually commissioned.
